What to put in your first email

  • Your firm and revenue band.
  • The product class and segment (Segment B rail-tech, or A1/A2/A3 component manufacturer).
  • Whether India is presence-zero, dormant, or partly built.
  • The decision on the table — opportunity map, India Landing, or "I read the Brief and want to keep reading".
  • The deadline behind it, if there is one.

If you would rather not say it in writing first, write anyway and ask for a call. We will book it without asking for the brief twice.
